EMECC is expanding our project delivery team and is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to support the delivery of a major industrial project in Western Australia.

The Opportunity
- Immediate commencement
- FIFO 2:1 roster
- Flights from all major Australian capital cities
- $100–$110 per hour (flat rate)
- Project-based casual engagement through to project completion
About the Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading site-based electrical activities from installation through to completion and handover. You'll provide day-to-day leadership to field crews while ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading electrical teams to achieve safe, productive and high-quality outcomes
- Monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with project standards and Australian electrical regulations
- Coordinating inspections, testing and verification activities throughout construction
- Driving completion of defects, punch items and outstanding works to support seamless handovers
- Working closely with engineering, commissioning and client stakeholders to maintain project schedules
- Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the workforce
About You
You are an experienced supervisor who enjoys leading teams on complex industrial projects and understands the importance of planning, communication and quality execution.
To be successful, you'll hold:
- Current WA Electrical Licence (essential)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Working at Heights
- LVR/CPR
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) High Risk Licence
- Confined Space & Gas Testing
- First Aid
- Fire Attack
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol assessment
- Two recent work-related references
The following will be viewed favourably:
- Section 26 Supervisor's Certificate
- Current BHP site induction
- Previous experience within mining, infrastructure, energy or heavy industrial construction
