About the role

As Delivery Coordinator for the Zeekr team, you are the person who brings the excitement of a new car purchase to life, ensuring every handover is seamless and every customer leaves with a smile they will remember.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating the end-to-end delivery process for new vehicles, giving you ownership over a key part of the customer journey
• Liaising with the sales team, finance, and the workshop to keep every vehicle on track for its scheduled delivery date
• Conducting thorough vehicle checks and preparing cars for presentation, so the standard your customers receive reflects the quality of the brand
• Managing delivery documentation and registration paperwork accurately, building skills that are transferable across the automotive industry
• Communicating delivery timelines to customers directly, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process
• Identifying and resolving pre-delivery issues quickly, developing your problem-solving ability in a real-world setting

About You

You are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in getting the details right and making a customer's experience feel special from start to finish.

More about you:

• Experience in a customer-facing or coordination role, ideally within the automotive sector
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities at once
• Clear, confident communication, both with customers and across internal teams
• A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for this role
• Comfortable working with dealership management systems or the ability to learn them quickly
• A genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of service at every touchpoint
