Horner Recruitment is proud to be partnering with MotorOne Group to appoint an experienced Partner Development Manager - Novated Leasing to join their growing Commercial Division.

MotorOne is one of Australia's leading providers of automotive aftermarket products and services, partnering with many of Australia's largest novated leasing providers, fleet management organisations and dealer groups.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with experience in the novated leasing or salary packaging industry who enjoys building trusted relationships, delivering engaging training and helping customers achieve exceptional outcomes.

This role is centred on strengthening long-standing partnerships, developing customer capability and supporting the ongoing success of MotorOne's national partner network. You'll inherit an established portfolio of valued customers, focusing on relationship development, product education and driving commercial outcomes through engagement and support.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer - Commercial Division, you'll become a trusted advisor to some of Australia's leading novated leasing providers.

Working closely with consultant teams and key stakeholders, you'll deliver product education, coaching and ongoing support, ensuring partners have the confidence and knowledge to successfully promote MotorOne's industry-leading automotive aftermarket products.

With regular travel across Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with MotorOne's established novated leasing partners.
  • Deliver engaging product and technical training to consultant teams.
  • Coach and support consultants to confidently recommend MotorOne's products and services.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing education for new employees within partner organisations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance and partner engagement across existing accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline consultants through to senior leadership.
  • Represent MotorOne at customer meetings, training sessions and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal commercial and operational teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

About You

You're a relationship-focused professional who enjoys helping others succeed and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll also bring:

  • Current or recent experience within the novated leasing, salary packaging or automotive finance industry.
  • A sound understanding of novated leasing and customer engagement.
  • Experience in relationship management, account management, partner development or customer success.
  • Strong presentation, coaching or facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.

Experience within the automotive aftermarket industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
