Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support a growing AI Platform delivery team at a major Perth-based resources company. You will work closely with the Delivery Lead to keep multiple squads moving, remove friction, and build strong agile habits across a fast-scaling AI capability. If you are direct, organised, and comfortable bringing structure to a team in growth mode, we want to hear from you.

The Project

The AI Platform team is expanding quickly, bringing together data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and data engineers to build the standards, tooling, and reusable patterns that power AI delivery across the business. It is a program in growth mode, with several squads standing up in parallel, so the ability to bring order and rhythm to delivery matters as much as the ceremonies themselves.

What You Will Do

• Run sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, and retros across the AI Platform squads
• Partner closely with the Delivery Lead to keep the roadmap visible and on track across multiple workstreams
• Identify and clear blockers before they slow the team down
• Coach a mixed team of data scientists, engineers, and architects on agile ways of working
• Keep stakeholders across the business informed of progress, risks, and dependencies
• Support the team through the practical realities of scaling from a handful of squads into a mature delivery function

What We Are Looking For

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent), with hands on experience running the role, not just the certification
• Proven track record delivering agile ceremonies for technical or engineering teams
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams spanning data science, engineering, and architecture
• Direct, clear communication style. Confident raising risks early rather than letting them sit
• Experience delivering in large, complex enterprise environments

Desirable Background

• Experience supporting AI or data platform delivery specifically
• Background in mining, resources, or another regulated enterprise environment
• Exposure to cloud migration or infrastructure delivery programs
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent agile tooling
