  • Strategic Execution: Work closely with the GM to set targets and execute on a high-end GTM model focused on corporate operators and specifiers.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive products and reactions from major accounts to contribute to long-term market strategy and product development.

  • Operational Discipline: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including CRM discipline, high-level quotations, and professional presentations for prospective customers.

Core Competencies

  • The Personality: A tenacious hunter by nature who thrives on closing high-stakes deals. You possess a solution-first attitude and the professional drive to achieve tasks from start to completion.

  • Background: 3+ years of business development experience, ideally within Manufacturing, Packaging, Freight, or Industrial environments.

  • Market Authority: You possess (or can rapidly build) a network within the Tier 1 corporate space and understand how to influence stakeholders at the C-suite and operational levels.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex commercial negotiations and sales trends.
