About this Position

Henkel Adhesives is seeking an OT Coordinator to act as the site's Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for Operational Technology (OT) security and digitalisation. Reporting to Plant Management, this role is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's automation and digital systems while ensuring compliance with Henkel's OT security standards.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the OT Coordinator will drive local OT security initiatives, support digital transformation projects, and help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of OT systems across the site.

What You´ll Do

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of automation, digitalisation, and OT security projects.
  • Support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of OT hardware, software, and digital assets.
  • Ensure compliance with Henkel's OT security standards by identifying risks, implementing security controls, and maintaining local policies and procedures.
  • Act as the site's Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for OT security, including incident management, security awareness, and coordination of global OT security initiatives.
  • Coordinate the deployment and support of OT infrastructure, cybersecurity services, and Industry 4.0/digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Manage OT vendors and system integrators to ensure the effective delivery and support of automation and digital systems.
  • Oversee OT asset management activities, including patching, firmware updates, governance documentation, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by delivering OT investment projects and supporting digital solutions that enhance manufacturing performance.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Digital, Industrial, Chemical or a related Engineering discipline, or a Trade/Technician qualification with 3–5 years' experience in Electrical, Electronic or Control Automation.
  • Experience working with industrial control systems, including DCS, PLC and SCADA platforms.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Demonstrated project management and risk management capabilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in automation, digitalisation and OT security.
  • Relevant cybersecurity or industrial control systems certifications (e.g. ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP or SANS ICS) are advantageous but not essential.
