We build and maintain the infrastructure that helps people get where they need to go, keeps communities connected, and supports everyday life.

We’re now looking for a Commercial Graduate to join our 2027 Graduate Program in Qld.

As a Commercial/Quantity Surveyor Graduate, you’ll get hands-on experience on real projects from day one. You’ll work with project and operational teams to support the commercial delivery of infrastructure works, helping manage costs, contracts, procurement and financial processes while learning how projects are delivered safely, efficiently and sustainably.

This is a role for someone who is commercially minded, curious and ready to learn how strong commercial discipline supports successful project outcomes.

About you

You’ll bring:

  • A relevant Commerce, Business, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance or related qualifications
  • Practical decision-making skills
  • A hands-on approach and commitment to working safely
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Curiosity, resilience and drive
  • Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and relocate for career opportunities where required

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

  • Have valid working rights in Australia
  • Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years, or be due to complete your studies before February 2027
  • Have achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100
