We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Disability organisation, is seeking new team members to join their Home Care team.

What we are seeking

  • Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain one
  • Ability to obtain/receive NDIS Workers Clearance
  • Ability to obtain/receive WWCC (employee)
  • Working Rights in Australia
  • Have regular availability on a Monday afternoon
  • Good communication skills
  • Want to work and care for the elderly?
  • Must live within Doncaster.

Shifts

Shifts are available Monday afternoon between 1:00pm - 4:00pm (2-hour shift, flexible)

You chose your days and hours.

Services

  • Personal Care (showering, dressing and grooming)
  • Bed making, room tidying up
  • Domestic Assistance
  • Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning
  • Bathroom cleaning/tidy up.
  • Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff
  • Complete documentation
  • Follow policies and procedures
  • Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
