Change Manager | Regulatory & Compliance Projects I Contract until June 2027

Rate: $600 per day plus superannuation (PAYG)

We're partnering with a State Government Client to find a Change Manager to join their Enterprise Change Team, supporting critical legislative compliance and mandatory change initiatives across the organisation.

This is an opportunity to work on projects that directly impact Victorian workers, employers and the broader community, while collaborating with senior stakeholders, delivery partners and business leaders in a highly visible role. Assignment duration is through to 30 June 2027.

Your new role

As a key member of the Enterprise Change Team, you'll lead the development and delivery of end-to-end change strategies that drive successful adoption of business and regulatory change initiatives.

You'll be responsible for:

Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans
Conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
Driving business readiness, communication and engagement activities
Supporting training and change adoption initiatives
Building strong relationships with leaders, project teams and external partners
Identifying and managing people-related risks throughout project delivery
Influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve meaningful outcomes

Key Selection Criteria

Must-have experience:

Proven Change Management experience within complex organisational environments
Exposure to regulatory, legislative, compliance or mandatory change projects (highly regarded)
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Ability to quickly understand business challenges and deliver at pace
Experience developing and executing change plans, impact assessments, readiness activities and communications programs
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
