About You

  • Qualified OT or Speech Pathologist with current professional registration
  • Strong patient assessment, planning, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communicator, collaborative, and keen on ongoing professional development
  • Experience in healthcare regulations/frameworks an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Occupational Therapists

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial needs across NDIS, aged care, and rehabilitation settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence, function, and quality of life.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adapting therapy plans according to outcomes and regulatory standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on NDIS plans, funding, and goal-setting, promoting client empowerment and participation.

Speech Therapists

  • Assess communication, speech, language, and swallowing needs of clients, with a special focus on children and adults with autism.
  • Design and deliver evidence-based therapy programs tailored to individual communication goals.
  • Work collaboratively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support functional communication in daily life.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • Advise on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies and social communication interventions for clients with autism.
