About The Role

Civeo is looking for an experienced Store Person positions for our Dysart Village located in the Bowen Basin, with the role is offered on a 5:2, Tuesday-Saturday roster. Dysart is one of Civeo's largest villages, providing full workforce accommodation services for up to 1600 guests.

The role will play a critical part in our village operations, supporting primarily the catering and housekeeping departments in the receipt, recording, storing and distribution of perishable and non-perishable goods.

This is a permanent, full-time position with ongoing opportunities for progression available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries, ensuring the delivery dockets align with what we are receiving.
  • Operation of Forklift to unload delivery trucks.
  • Store goods in appropriate areas, ensuring adherence to safety and quality controls.
  • Ensure stock rotation is up to date, including management and minimisation of out of date stock.
  • Redistribute goods throughout the village as required operationally.
  • Invoice management including receiving and entering into Civeo's stock management system.
  • Play a critical role in stocktaking process, identifying needs and escalating to management if required.
  • Note stock lines to management that are a point of concern.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies are strictly met, including forklift operation.

About You

  • LF Forklift License and forklift driving experience is essential.
  • Australian Drivers License - C Class preferred.
  • Full Australian Work Rights - unrestricted and ongoing.
  • Experience in similar work, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of stocktake and stock rotation principles.
  • Willingness to complete all pre-employment checks, including a National Police Clearance and confidence to pass a Pre-Employment Medical.
