Production Operator – Food Manufacturing

We are currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused Production Operator to join our team at a busy food manufacturing site.

Roster (Fortnightly Rotating Shift) Week 1

• Monday – Wednesday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
• Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

Week 2

• Monday – Wednesday: 4:00pm – 2:00am
• Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting wheat and flour samples
• Monitoring production processes
• Accurately recording information on required forms
• General housekeeping duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting assigned areas
• Adhering to food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures at all times

About You

• Strong awareness and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Safety & PPE Requirements This is a food manufacturing facility, and strict hygiene and safety standards apply. Required PPE includes, but is not limited to:

• Hair and beard coverings
• Safety glasses
• Safety footwear
