Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced E&I Project Engineer to join our Engineering and Construction division on a new Wind Farm construction project in the Pilbara, for a major mining client. It's a new technology platform, first of its kind to be built in Australia, starting with a 17 turbine pilot and potential for the project to scale significantly.

This is a fixed term opportunity on a FIFO 2:1 roster

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met on time with respect to cost, safety and quality
• Liaise with client representatives and deliver to meet their requirements
• Manage the interface between the engineering and project delivery teams to maintain compliance with the specifications, schedules and contract
• Manage and supervise the resolution of technical queries as required
• Compile schedule, cost, progress and forecast reports for the project; ensuring all schedule reporting requirements are met

What you’ll bring

• Wind industry experience is NOT essential, we're more interested in your E&I and Project Engineering experience.
• Experience working in an on-site project engineering or coordination position for large-scale resources construction/maintenance projects
• An Australia recognised, tertiary qualification in Engineering or Trade Certificate
• Clear technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills
