Customer Service Coordinator Welshpool, WA

$75,000 + Super | Full Time | Monday – Friday

About the Role We are seeking a highly organised Customer Service Administrator to join a busy operations team based in Welshpool. This is an administration-focused role supporting the processing of customer enquiries, returned and damaged goods, and service-related issues, while ensuring accurate system updates and exceptional customer service.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll manage a high volume of administrative tasks, customer correspondence, and data entry, playing a key role in ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries relating to returned, damaged and rejected goods.
  • Process returns, claims and associated documentation accurately using SAP.
  • Investigate customer issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Complete high-volume data entry while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
  • Manage a busy Outlook inbox, responding to and prioritising a high volume of emails.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate returns, replacements and customer updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and system information.
  • Prepare reports and complete general administrative duties.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service across phone and email communications.

About You To be successful, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role.
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using SAP (highly regarded).
  • Confidence managing high-volume Outlook email correspondence.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, organised approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
