About the role
The central point of coordination, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support. This varied role includes scheduling, quoting, invoicing, reporting, and day-to-day office operations. You'll be an advanced
ServiceM8
Power User with expert-level Excel skills, using both systems to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and support the business.
Your Duties Will Include
- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
- Scheduling bookings and coordinating technicians
- Preparing quotes and following up customers
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate record.
- Managing jobs and workflows through ServiceM8
- Providing general office administration and customer support
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in customer service and office administration within a trade, maintenance, or field service business
- Expert proficiency in ServiceM8 and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A professional and friendly communication style
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Experience with Service Stream SNOW or Ventia Panorama highly regarded but not essential
