Position- Lead Delivery Manager

Location- Canberra

Duration- 12 Months with 2 Extensions

Hello Professionals ! We are looking for an "Lead Delivery Manager" for one of our Federal Client based in Canberra.

Essential criteria

• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience with the Approach to Market and Tender process within Australian Public Service.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Facilitate meetings, taking structured minutes, tracking action items, and following up on outcomes including a proven ability to keep senior stakeholders informed and engaged, manage risks and issues and coordinate releases.

Desirable criteria

• 1.• 5+ years of experience in delivery management or service delivery.
• 2.• Strong understanding of IT service management principles, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
• 3.• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

About the team

The team is responsible for the end user desktop environment management. This includes the Standard Operating Environment SOE, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Application Packaging.

Note : Must be an Australian Citizen. Must have NV2.
