As the first face and voice of OC’s Eastwood Office, our Reception & Administration Officer plays a critical role in shaping our clients' experiences. This role involves providing top-notch customer service and administrative support to our property management and sales teams.
We are seeking a new team member to join us on a full-time basis, working
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
As Our Reception & Administration Officer, You Will
- Manage the reception line by answering all incoming calls, assisting with queries and redirecting through to the appropriate team member, as required
- Oversee management of property keys and liaising with both external and internal stakeholders
- Manage the enquiries email inbox, ensuring efficient query distribution
- Address sales and property management-related queries where applicable
- Manage ingoing and outgoing mail for the site
- Prepare lease packs and lease pack compliance

To Be Considered For This Opportunity, You Will Have
- 6 months+ experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role within a corporate or professional environment (essential)
- Passion for a career in Real Estate (desired)
- Microsoft Office skills (desired)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- A passion for customer service and administration support
