McKinney's Jewellers is seeking a meticulous, organised and highly professional Inventory & Brand Partner Coordinator to join our Brisbane headquarters.

We proudly represent some of the world's leading jewellery brands and work closely with prestigious international partners to deliver exceptional products and experiences.

This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory while acting as the day-to-day liaison between McKinney's and our brand partners. Combining operational precision with relationship management, you will support supplier partnerships, product launches, events and business operations while ensuring the seamless movement and management of high-value jewellery collections.

Working closely with suppliers, brand representatives, the Marketing & Communications team and senior leadership, you will play an important role in supporting product launches, client experiences and the continued success of the business.

The Role

· Managing inventory control, stock movements, reconciliations and stocktakes while ensuring accurate inventory records and data integrity across internal systems

· Coordinating consignment stock, supplier deliveries, returns and transfers

· Acting as the day-to-day contact for jewellery brand partners

· Building strong relationships with suppliers and coordinating orders, product launches and brand initiatives

· Collaborating with the Marketing & Communications team to support trunk shows, events, product launches and promotional activities

· Maintain accurate product information, imagery and inventory data across internal systems and digital platforms, liaising with suppliers and brand partners to ensure product assets, imagery and content remain current

· Coordinating stock requirements for client experiences, photoshoots and brand activations

· Supporting security, insurance and compliance processes relating to high-value inventory

· Preparing inventory, supplier and operational reports as required

What You'll Bring

· Previous experience in inventory management, retail operations, stock control or a similar role

· Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

· Strong organisational, administrative and coordination skills

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience working with inventory management systems and reporting tools

· Professional communication and stakeholder management skills

· High levels of trustworthiness and accountability when handling valuable goods

· Experience working with eCommerce platforms, product databases or digital asset management systems is advantageous

Desirable

  • Experience within luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion or premium consumer goods
  • Experience managing supplier or brand partner relationships
  • Experience coordinating with international suppliers, freight providers or import/export processes.
  • Experience with consignment inventory and stock reconciliation
  • Experience supporting events, product launches or marketing initiatives
  • Experience using retail POS, inventory management or ERP systems
