McKinney's Jewellers is seeking polished, client-focused and passionate Luxury Sales Associates to join our Brisbane flagship showroom.
For more than 140 years, McKinney's has helped generations of clients celebrate engagements, anniversaries, milestones and life's most special occasions. We are looking for warm, professional and relationship-driven individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected heritage brand while working with some of the world's leading jewellery brands and collections.
The Role
You will play an important role in delivering exceptional client experiences through:
- Providing personalised sales and service to clients in our showroom
- Building meaningful and lasting client relationships through exceptional clienteling and follow-up communication
- Assisting clients with jewellery selections, purchases and special orders
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge across our jewellery collections
- Assisting with visual merchandising and presentation of the showroom
- Maintaining showroom standards to reflect the luxury positioning of the brand
- Supporting private viewings, in-store events and client experiences
- Assisting with sales administration and general showroom operations
- Working with the Marketing team to support social media content, showcasing new collections, new arrivals, in-store experiences and special campaigns through photography and short-form video
What You'll Bring
· Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, beauty or another customer-focused
environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
· Professional presentation and personal standards
· Confidence using social media platforms such as Instagram
· An interest in content creation and showcasing luxury products through photography and short-form video
· Experience creating content for social media, whether professionally or personally, is highly regarded
· An appreciation for jewellery, luxury products, fashion or design
