Northern Queensland Remedial Manager

PERSOL is recruiting for a Northern Queensland Remedial Manager to join a well-established contractor in Mackay.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the Northern Queensland Remedial Division and help grow an already established business. The role offers a negotiable salary, car allowance, share incentive and the opportunity to take ownership of the division while working alongside an experienced leadership team.

As the Northern Queensland Remedial Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day leadership of the division, managing remedial projects from tender through to completion while driving commercial performance, business development and long-term client relationships.

You'll lead a team of engineers, supervisors and site staff, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help grow the division, improve operations and continue building Fortec's presence across Northern Queensland.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and grow the Northern Queensland Remedial Division.
• Oversee remedial projects from tender through to completion.

• Lead, mentor and develop engineers, supervisors and site teams.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support the division's continued growth.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a senior leadership role within remedial, civil or structural construction.
• Strong commercial and project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
• A hands-on leader who enjoys growing a business.
