Job Description

  • Develop and lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with all departments to provide financial insights and business recommendations.
  • Support the leadership team with scenario modelling and ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
  • Leadership of one financial analyst.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful FP&A Manager Will Be Able To Demostrate

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience in SAP or other large scale ERPs.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting software.
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CA) is highly regarded.
