Job Description
- Develop and lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with all departments to provide financial insights and business recommendations.
- Support the leadership team with scenario modelling and ad-hoc requests.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
- Leadership of one financial analyst.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful FP&A Manager Will Be Able To Demostrate
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in SAP or other large scale ERPs.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting software.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CA) is highly regarded.
