About this opportunity
We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused
Care Administration Officer to join our team. This is a pivotal role supporting our Care Managers and existing clients, ensuring every interaction, document, referral and service arrangement is managed accurately and efficiently.
You'll be the first point of contact for many clients and families, helping coordinate services, maintain client records, manage referrals, and provide essential administrative support that enables high-quality, relationship-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting Care Managers with the ongoing administration of existing clients
- Coordinating client service changes, reviews and referrals
- Managing client records and maintaining documentation across our systems
- Responding to client, family and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting with service coordination, purchase orders and provider communications
- Supporting quality, compliance and client satisfaction activities
What You'll Bring
- Previous administration experience, ideally within aged care, community services or healthcare
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- A genuine passion for helping older people and supporting positive client experiences
