About The Role

As the Assistant Store Manager you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through feature and benefit selling and ensuring every customer receives tailored advice based in the beautiful

Hervey Bay store. You will play a key role in coaching and developing your team to ensure they are equipped with the product knowledge and training needed to confidently showcase new collections, fabrics, and furniture pieces while driving sales success. In addition, you will support daily administrative tasks of the store such as rostering and ordering to ensure an efficient store performance.

Skills And Experience

• Previous retail management experience highly regarded
• Confident in building long term relationships with customers
• Strong organisational skills
• A genuine interest in furniture or interior design is a bonus
• Confident in moving furniture and large cartons
