A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Insights and Reporting Analyst to join our People & Culture division in a permanent full-time role.
The People & Culture Division delivers strategic human resources, learning and development, and people-focused advisory services across Toyota and its broader network. Supporting Toyota employees, dealerships, suppliers, vehicle importers, and external partners, the division is committed to fostering high-performing teams, enhancing organisational capability, and strengthening Toyota's reputation as an employer of choice.
The Senior Insights & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in driving data-led decision making across People & Culture through advanced analytics, reporting, and innovative technology solutions. This role is responsible for delivering actionable workforce insights, identifying emerging trends, and developing automation and AI-enabled capabilities using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot. By enhancing data quality, governance, accessibility, and system effectiveness, the Senior Insights & Reporting Analyst supports continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic people outcomes across the organisation.
This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you'll make an impact
- Deliver Workforce Insights and Analytics: Analyse People & Culture data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing meaningful insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making and improve workforce outcomes.
- Develop Reporting and Business Intelligence Solutions: Design, build, and maintain engaging dashboards, reports, and data models that provide stakeholders with accessible, accurate, and actionable workforce information.
- Drive Automation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and other digital technologies.
- Partner with Stakeholders to Solve Business Challenges: Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into data-driven solutions, and deliver insights that support strategic and operational objectives.
- Leverage AI and Emerging Technologies: Explore, implement, and optimise AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot and intelligent automation solutions, to enhance reporting, analytics, productivity, and user experience.
- Enhance Data Quality and Insights Capability: Support the continuous improvement of People & Culture data, reporting practices, and analytics capabilities, ensuring stakeholders have confidence in the insights used to make business decisions.
Your attributes -If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
- Qualifications in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and the development of insightful, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, with a demonstrated ability to build automation and process improvement solutions.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions and act as a trusted advisor.
- Experience working with Microsoft business applications and data platforms, with knowledge of data querying, data modelling, and HR systems such as Workday considered advantageous.
