Our newest venue will bring together exceptional food, vibrant hospitality and stunning views to create one of Sydney's most exciting dining experiences at Manly Wharf.

We're looking for passionate and driven Restaurant Supervisors to join our opening team and help bring this venue to life. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll work closely with our management team to lead service, inspire your team and deliver memorable guest experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and support front-of-house team members, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.
  • Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns or complaints.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocation to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders when required, and assist with inventory control and stocktakes.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
  • Maintain restaurant presentation standards, cleanliness, and overall venue appearance.
  • Assist with rostering and labour management to achieve productivity and budget targets.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, profitability, and operational goals.
  • Promote menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
  • Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to management as required.
  • Leading service shifts and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
  • Driving a positive team culture built on collaboration and accountability
  • Helping establish systems and standards as part of the opening team

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or senior hospitality role
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
  • A hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
  • A genuine passion for food, beverage and hospitality
