As the HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the People Experience Pillar by delivering a consistent and engaging employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Based in our Port Macquarie office and supporting our Mid North Coast office, you’ll join a collaborative and values-driven team where your HR expertise will make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations - onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS data, and compliance.
  • Partner with leaders to provide practical advice on employee relations, performance and development.
  • Manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our people systems, processes, and employee experience.

About you

  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills
  • Always provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders
  • Strong and accurate computer and data entry skills
