D365 CRM Business Analyst

We're seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation program for a leading Queensland organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful customer-focused solutions.

About the Role

As the CRM Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in gathering and analysing business requirements, facilitating workshops, improving business processes, and translating business needs into functional solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and prioritise business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand current and future-state processes.
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, user stories, business rules and traceability matrices.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams throughout solution delivery.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, implementation and transition activities.
• Identify opportunities to optimise business processes and improve CRM capabilities.
• Prepare clear documentation, executive updates and stakeholder communications.

About You

You'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst delivering CRM implementation projects.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Strong business process analysis and process mapping capabilities.
• Experience supporting UAT and implementation activities.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Highly Regarded

• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience within utilities, energy, government, infrastructure or other asset-intensive environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
