We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Practice Manager to join our Newstead dental centre.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the practice
• Managing rosters, patient flow, scheduling and centre presentation
• Coaching and developing your support team
• Supporting clinicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitoring performance and driving operational improvements
• Creating a positive and engaging culture for patients and team members
• Partnering with your Regional Leader to achieve centre goals

You're an organised and proactive leader who enjoys supporting teams and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in dental practice management or healthcare leadership
• Strong rostering, scheduling and patient coordination skills
• Confidence leading and motivating teams
• Experience driving operational performance and centre outcomes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
