In this role, you’ll support new and existing customers with their insurance needs, helping them find the right solutions while delivering exceptional service. Every conversation is an opportunity to build relationships, solve problems and make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service across a range of insurance enquiries
• Support customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions
• Build strong customer relationships while achieving sales, service and retention outcomes
• Resolve customer enquiries with confidence, empathy and professionalism
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver positive customer outcomes
• Ensure all interactions meet compliance and regulatory requirements

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• Experience in customer service, sales or contact centre environments (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence using multiple computer systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn and develop your career

Shift Options & Training

• Option 1: 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday – start window 8:00am - 11:30am
• Option 2: 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday – start window 9:30am-12:30pm
• Option 3: 20 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – start window 9:30am-12:30pm
• Option 4: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday – start window 8:00am-9:30am

To set you up for success in the role, you will complete 8 weeks full-time paid training onsite in our Adelaide office. Following this training, you will transition to a hybrid working model, working from home with 1 day per week in the office.
