Requirements

Project Manager – Identity & Privileged Access Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver identity-related initiatives, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) pref, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that enhance security, compliance, and user experience across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end delivery of identity-related projects, ensuring alignment with security and business objectives.

· Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, application owners, and vendors.

· Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

· Communicate status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards

· They may generate Jira tickets and manager Jira boards

· They may create and maintain Confluence pages related to their projects

· Must be comfortable with maintaining RAID elements ie Risk, Dependencies etc

Background

· Proven experience managing IT security or identity-related projects

· Strong understanding of IAM concepts

o Knows what RBAC is

o Knows the difference between a Job profile, role, entitlement, fine grained entitlement

o Knows the difference between authentication, authorisation; SSO federation, MFA

o Knows the main business problems IGA solutions solve

o Knows the main business problems PAM solutions solve

Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
