The Opportunity

Based at our Adelaide branch, this role will lead and grow our South Australian service operation as part of a globally recognised industrial equipment business. This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you will influence business performance, drive customer satisfaction, develop a talented team, and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the region.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing the local customer service and technical team to ensure efficient delivery of compressor servicing for customers.
  • Driving business development activities by identifying new customer opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships and growing service and parts revenue across South Australia
  • Providing day to day project management to ensure positive delivery of project outcomes
  • Managing financials for the branch service operation
  • Inspiring and motivating your staff
  • Supervising service and warranty administration
  • Developing and growing the branch service business

About You

Experience in a manufacturing or trade business will set you in good stead, as will experience in a sales and service environment. It goes without saying that you have a passion for ensuring a great customer experience every time.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading service, operational or trade-based teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability and business performance
  • Good admin and computer skills, with ability to prepare reports using MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
