As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you bring depth of experience in IT, Engineering, or technical resourcing, and you know how to navigate complex, specialist roles with confidence. You don’t just take briefs - you challenge them, refine them, and translate them into a clear talent strategy.

You build credibility quickly with both clients and candidates because you ask better questions, listen properly, and understand what “great” really looks like in technical hiring.
