$100,000 – $130,000 + Biannual Bonus (June & December) (Salary is slightly negotiable for a great candidate)
Full-time | 10:00am–6:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm (please don't apply if you cannot do these working hours)
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Senior Product Analyst to join their growing Product and Operations team.
This is a key role focused on building robust KPI frameworks, identifying performance trends, detecting anomalies early, and delivering actionable insights that drive retention, conversion, engagement, and revenue growth across a fast-paced digital product environment.
You will work closely with Product Operations, Campaign, and Leadership teams, turning complex business questions into clear, data-driven insights that shape decision-making.

About the Role
You will own and evolve the product analytics and KPI framework across core user journeys, ensuring leadership teams have accurate, timely, and actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
This role blends deep analytics, stakeholder engagement, and strategic insight generation in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a product metrics framework including dashboards, KPI definitions, and automated alerts
- Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively identify anomalies and trends
- Conduct root-cause analysis on key movements in conversion, retention, ARPU, payments, and campaigns
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports and deep-dive analysis for leadership
- Perform independent analytical projects such as funnel analysis, cohort behaviour, and campaign incrementality
- Build analytical models including LTV, conversion paths, and churn prediction signals (SQL + Excel/Power BI; Python/R advantageous)
- Partner with stakeholders to translate insights into clear, prioritised business recommendations
- Maintain consistent metric definitions and reporting standards across teams
- Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis speed and documentation where appropriate
About You
You will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Data Analysis within B2C digital/mobile products
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools)
- Experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4
- Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, and experimentation frameworks
- Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
- Full Australian working rights
Highly Regarded
- Python or R for advanced analysis and predictive modelling
- Experience in gaming, fintech, marketplaces, or subscription-based products
- Exposure to multi-region or emerging market products
- Experience supporting Product Operations or Campaign teams with recurring analytics
- Background in online betting industry
- Mandarin language skills
