Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
- Supporting month-end finance administration
- Assisting with industry-specific billing processes (training provided)
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving efficiencies
- Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes.
- Respond to financial queries and provide support.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager, Finance Officer or similar position.
- Strong AP, AR and reconciliation experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curious, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable suggesting improvements and challenging existing processes
- Experience within a corporate, technology or professional services environment will be highly regarded
