Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Supporting month-end finance administration
  • Assisting with industry-specific billing processes (training provided)
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving efficiencies
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes.
  • Respond to financial queries and provide support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager, Finance Officer or similar position.
  • Strong AP, AR and reconciliation experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Curious, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable suggesting improvements and challenging existing processes
  • Experience within a corporate, technology or professional services environment will be highly regarded
