About Our Client

Our client is a leading South Australian quarry operator supplying high-quality quarry products to the construction industry. They are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards while delivering reliable products and services across the state.

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Tipper Driver to join their team based at Montacute Quarry.

About The Role

This is a Monday to Friday position, with 12 hour days, working 6am - 6pm. Occasional Saturday work also.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager and Weighbridge Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of quarry products between the quarry and internal concrete plants while maintaining high safety and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quarry products to internal concrete plants
• Load and unload materials in accordance with site procedures
• Conduct pre-start inspections and complete required vehicle checks
• Keep truck and equipment clean, tidy and well maintained
• Follow fatigue management requirements and safe work procedures
• Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions
• Work collaboratively with site personnel to ensure efficient operations
• Full on-site training provided

Skills & Experience

• Current Driver's Licence
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, self-motivated and professional attitude
• Ability to work early morning starts and overtime when required
• Physically fit and capable of performing the inherent requirements of the role
