About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead three brand-new fashion concessions within a major department store, managing a passionate team while delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one. You'll be responsible for driving sales performance, leading visual merchandising standards, coaching and developing your team, building VIP customer relationships and ensuring outstanding operational execution. Prior to the store opening, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you're fully equipped to launch the business with confidence and set your team up for success.
Skills & Experience
- Previous leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within fashion or specialty retail.
- A passion for delivering premium customer service through genuine, consultative selling.
- Strong visual merchandising experience with an eye for presentation and commercial execution.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, develop and inspire a high-performing team.
- Proven experience driving KPIs, sales performance and maintaining exceptional operational standards.
