Our client is a well-established, mid-tier public practice firm based in Newcastle, currently seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join their growing Business Advisory team.

This is a genuine client-facing advisory role, working closely with Partners and acting as a key point of contact for a diverse portfolio of business clients ranging from SMEs through to large privately owned and multinational organisations across industries including mining, engineering, medical, R&D, manufacturing and professional services.

The Client Advisor will be responsible for managing client relationships, reviewing the work of junior accountants, and supporting the delivery of high-quality tax compliance, financial reporting, and business advisory services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being across all aspects of a client’s business, including tax planning, structuring, and broader commercial advisory work, while also contributing to the development and mentoring of junior staff.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• $130,000 – $140,000 + Super (depending on experience)
• 20% commission on client fees introduced

ABOUT YOU

• 4+ years’ experience in Australian public practice
• CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Strong technical tax and accounting knowledge
• Experience reviewing junior staff work and mentoring others
• Confident client-facing communicator
• Experience working with SME through to larger corporate clients
• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
