We’re looking for a strategy-driven Account Manager who’s passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering standout advertising and brand campaigns.
You’ll bring a solid understanding of modern media, advertising and marketing, and a passion for strategic thinking.
Established in 1997, Lateral Aspect is an independent advertising agency with a collaborative team culture and enviable client mix. We do everything from strategy, brand development, design, TV, Radio & Outdoor, digital, social, web design & development, through to full-funnel media planning, buying, and reporting. What you'll be doing
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, from strategy development through to campaign execution, analysis, and reporting
- Create and implement multi-channel media plans across digital and traditional platforms
- Lead integrated campaigns from start to finish, including writing briefs, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with creative teams
- Own client communications, offering strategic advice, and guiding conversations with clarity and confidence
- Build strong, lasting relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Support new business efforts across the agency
About you
Ideally, you’ll bring most of the following:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant industry
- A strong understanding of digital and traditional media, plus confidence in analytics and reporting
- Strategic thinking, strong multi-tasking skills, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable across web platforms and project management tools like Figma, WordPress, Google Analytics, ClickUp and Notion
- A proactive, positive approach and a drive to make every project better than the last
