The Opportunity

Visy Specialties is a leader in litho-laminated packaging and point-of-sale displays, offering a true end-to-end solution from design through to finished product.

Based in Kilsyth, you’ll be working at a site with some of the most advanced printing and finishing equipment in the country, delivering high-quality packaging to a wide range of customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of a shift, keep things running smoothly, and build a team that performs well and looks out for each other.

The Role

• Lead the shift to deliver safe, efficient production in line with plan

• Drive performance across safety, quality and output

• Coach and develop your team through training and feedback

• Solve problems quickly and keep production moving

• Work closely with maintenance to minimise downtime

• Ensure clear communication across shifts and stakeholders

• Maintain strong standards across GMP, housekeeping and site presentation

• Coordinate people, materials and equipment to keep production flowing

What You Will Bring

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment

• Packaging experience (litho/offset printing highly regarded)

• Strong understanding of safety, quality and operational performance

• A hands-on approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure

• Strong communication and people leadership skills

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset

• Flexibility to support shift-based operations
