We're looking for resilient, detail-oriented critical thinkers who are comfortable with technology, happy to speak regularly to workers and employers and are motivated by work that impacts the wellbeing of construction and building industry workers.

• Resolve missing service requests with accuracy, empathy, and a worker-first mindset

• Deliver high-quality, timely outcomes aligned with legislation and service targets

• Build strong relationships and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
