IDP is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to contribute to the design, refinement, and embedment of the Student Placement Quality Management framework.

This is a senior, hands‑on role focused on shaping scalable metrics, controls, and assurance processes that align audit outcomes, regulatory requirements, and day‑to‑day operations.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Quality & Assurance and collaborate across Operations, Technology, Product, Regional leadership, Risk, and Internal Audit to ensure consistency, efficiency, and sustainable uplift.

This is a full time-permanent opportunity based out of Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the Student Placement Quality Management System
  • Design and implement metrics, controls, and assurance models that are practical, scalable, and data‑driven
  • Map and operationalise key regulatory requirements (AQF, ESOS, ISO 9001)
  • Develop artefacts including process maps, control flows, and RACI models
  • Identify and reduce duplication across assurance and operational processes
  • Use audit findings and assurance insights to drive sustainable improvement initiatives
  • Support quality embedment, risk visibility, and audit readiness
  • Enable alignment between documented processes, Ways of Working, and actual practice
  • Influence stakeholders with clear analysis and pragmatic recommendations

What You Bring

  • Senior experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, or Business Assurance roles
  • Proven experience in audit, control uplift, or assurance environments
  • Strong capability in designing frameworks, metrics, and scalable controls
  • Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes
  • Strong process mapping, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience working with audit, risk, or compliance‑adjacent functions
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive outcomes
  • Experience in global or multi‑regional organisations (advantageous)
