POSITION

Full Time Warehouse All-Rounder

  • Location: Pakenham, Victoria
  • Hours: 38 per week
  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Early knock-off!)

ROLE

General Warehouse Duties

  • Operate Machinery safely
  • Follow all company policies (Quality, Safety, Environment, Info Security)
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organised
  • Pitch in with other tasks as needed

Sortation

  • Unload goods from vehicles using proper lifting techniques
  • Unpack, sort, and store items in the right locations
  • Breaking down transfer pallets which will include (lifting boxes/stacking and wrapping pallets)

Recycling

  • Disassemble electronic and telecom equipment for recycling
  • Sort and store parts using hand and cordless tools

Inwards Goods

  • Inspect and scan incoming goods (BIPA Booking in Putting Away process)
  • Work in an ESD-sensitive environment
  • Use Excel to upload data and label items for storage

Dispatch

  • Pick and cross-check orders
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure accuracy
  • Clean, package, and label items for dispatch
  • Enter dispatch data accurately into the system
  • Ensure delivery/pickup deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Forklift license with high reach experience (preferred)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Physically fit – able to load/unload containers
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Full working rights within Australia
