We're seeking an innovative and strategic Manager: People and Culture to lead our human resource’s function, drive organisational excellence and foster a culture where our people feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will champion a peoples-first culture, lead transformational workforce initiatives and ensure our organisation continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent.
What will a typical day look like?
- Provide strategic leadership to our People and Culture team across Human Resources, Payroll, Learning and Development, Recruitment and Onboarding and Site operations.
- Drive workforce planning and people strategies aligned with AnglicareCQ’s Strategic Plan.
- Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide expert advice on workforce performance, employee relations, culture, compliance and organisational development.
- Using people analytics and workforce insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision making
- Building a high-performing, values-driven culture that enables our people and services to achieve their full potential.
Mandatory Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources (or related discipline).
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level.

What you will bring to the role

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- The ability to identify and embed solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working within a high-performance framework where you are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes, within a face-paced solutions focussed environment.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.
Other Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
- Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
