Your opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Risk and Security Supervisor to join Westfield Fountain Gate. In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll support the delivery of industry-leading safety and security standards, helping create a safe and welcoming destination for everyone who visits, works, or trades at the centre.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, retailers, contractors, emergency services, security providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support safety, risk, security, and compliance initiatives through audits, inspections, compliance programs, and contractor management.
  • Coordinate training, incident management, and emergency response activities, including toolbox talks, hazard management, evacuations, and procedural escalation.
  • Maintain accurate incident reporting, documentation, and trend analysis to support compliance, continuous improvement, and a safe operating environment.

As part of the centre operations leadership team, you will also undertake Duty Manager responsibilities, including rostered weekend shifts and late trading, which are balanced with a day off in lieu.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based onsite at Westfield Fountain Gate.

You will have:

  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach, with the ability to remain effective in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in risk, compliance, security, safety, or operational environments, with a sound understanding of incident management, emergency response, and WHS practices.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, deliver training programs, and confidently use security systems such as CCTV and access control platforms.
