About the role.
Our accounting team is on the hunt for an experienced administration assistant to join the team. While we'd love to find someone with previous accounting administration experience, we're absolutely open to hearing from anyone with a strong background in admin.
No two days will be the same, and you’ll be part of a great team who will very much appreciate your hard work.
We're looking for someone with
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience gained in an accounting firm (highly desired)
- Strong communication skills
- Well presented, strong relationship management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Working knowledge of Xero

Your daily activities will include (but aren’t limited to):
- Maintaining a client relationship management system and electronic document management system
- Assisting with lodging Tax Returns
- Lodging corporate secretarial documents with ASIC
- Manage and prioritize daily office tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
