Salary: From $135,901 per annum + 12% superannuation + leaseback vehicle + Civil Liability Allowance

Randwick City Council is an innovative and progressive Council committed to serving our vibrant community on the eastern beaches of Sydney. Our Projects team is seeking a Coordinator Project Delivery.
Purpose
Manage the delivery of Councils capital works projects across planning, design, documentation and construction services to ensure that assets are delivered efficiently and in accordance with the National Code of Construction and Australian Standards.
About The Role
- Ensure project constraints; Cost, Time and Quality are controlled and monitored effectively. I.e. Projects completed on time, and on budget.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, tenders and specifications for external works and service agreements to ensure the delivery of a cost competitive service whilst ensuring all contract documentation is completed within time constraints.
- Manage, mentor and supervise a team of project managers and project administration officers.
About You
- Appropriate tertiary professional qualifications, at degree level, in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture, Project Management
- Ability to control numerous projects simultaneously to ensure resources are managed appropriately.
- Well-developed written and oral communication techniques and an ability to deal effectively with other Council personnel and the public.
