The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Technician to join our Nutritional Plant team. In this role, you will play a key part in operating, monitoring, and optimising complex manufacturing processes across the full production cycle - from raw material handling and filtration through to spray drying and final product quality assurance.
You will work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with strict food safety and quality standards.
- Operate and monitor processing systems in the Nutritional Plant
- Respond to process issues and escalate as required
- Support SOP improvements and adherence
- Meet production schedules and targets
- Conduct quality checks to meet product specifications
- Work with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset
What You’ll Bring
