UX Designer

We’re looking for an up-and-coming, thoughtful, user-focused UX Designer who’s passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences that solve real problems and delight users.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of user-centred design, research, and digital best practice, with the ability to translate insights into engaging, functional experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Work with the UX / Web Director and Art Directors to support and lead projects from discovery through to wireframes, prototypes, user flows and polished UI designs
• Design intuitive, engaging and visually compelling digital experiences with a strong focus on usability, accessibility and attention to detail
• Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops and usability testing to uncover insights and inform design decisions
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs for websites and digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, developers, account managers and the content team to deliver exceptional digital experiences from concept through to launch
• Present concepts and rationale confidently to clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to design systems, maintain consistency across digital products, and champion best practice in UX and UI design
• Continuously refine and improve digital experiences using user feedback, analytics, emerging trends and a keen eye for design excellence

About you

Ideally, you’ll bring most of the following:

• Previous experience in a UX Design or similar, preferred but not essential
• Tertiary qualifications in UX or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite required
• A solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design and digital best practice
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Curiosity, empathy, attention to detail and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
