Graphic Designer - Part Time

MaxCap Group is one of Australia's leading real estate investment managers, trusted by investors across the globe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life in a part-time capacity (0.6 FTE).

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end design and production of marketing and client-facing collateral that supports our business, strengthens our brand and enhances the client experience.

You'll work closely with teams across the business to transform ideas into visually compelling, on-brand communications while ensuring accuracy, consistency and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality digital and print collateral, including investor reports, presentations, brochures, capability statements, one-pagers and marketing materials.
• Manage projects from initial brief through to final production, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs exceed expectations.
• Prepare artwork for print and liaise with suppliers where required.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand design requirements and deliver practical, creative solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen the MaxCap brand by ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Continuously improve templates, design systems and internal workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
• Review work with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy across all deliverables.

About You

You'll be an organised, creative designer who enjoys balancing multiple projects while delivering exceptional work. You combine strong technical design skills with excellent stakeholder management and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve the best outcome.

You'll also bring:

• 3–5 years' experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
• A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A solid understanding of brand management and visual identity systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs into effective design solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience within financial services is advantageous, but is not essential.
