About The Role

WorkPac is seeking a motivated and reliable Yardhand to join our clients equipment hire team based in Tamworth. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading national business in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and organisation of hire equipment
• Conduct basic inspections of machinery and tools before dispatch and upon return
• Load and unload equipment safely onto vehicles and within the yard
• Ensure the yard is kept clean, safe, and compliant with company policies
• Support workshop staff and drivers as required

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in a labouring, yardhand, or equipment hire role (desirable but not essential)
• Current drivers licence
• Forklift licence
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Physically fit and reliable with a positive attitude
